We are the leading Family Law Solicitors Practice and Mediation Service with offices in Honiton, Exeter and Taunton and Consulting Rooms in Yeovil.
We assist families who are separating and/or divorcing to achieve fair solutions to problems arising, either by acting for our clients as a solicitor or by assisting both of the couple as a neutral mediator.
We also specialise in cases involving social services. Our team includes 4 members of the Law Society Children Panel.
We are contracted with the legal aid agency and offer legal aid for Family Mediation and for relevant Legal Proceedings
Most of our clients do not qualify for legal aid. We aim to offer very competitive charges in comparison to traditional City Centre Practices. We offer city centre experience backed by top level legal libriary that is highly accessable to East Devon and South Somerset families and beyond.
