AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Please save yourself a lot of mental and physical stress and financial hardship by AVOIDING this shambles of a company. They show no respect for you, your project or your property and insist on you paying them weekly in advance for work that they will not then complete. I could write a book for the amount of excuses I was given during the time that they were on my loft conversion project about why they couldn't do work, purchase material or even come to site (when they actually came to site that is!). They were eventually removed from my project (and had the cheek to claim it was a project they completed on this very website with a completely inaccurate approximate price to boot!) as it became clear that they were incapable and unwilling to finish or adhere to our agreed contract. A meaningless piece of paper to them it seems! I sent a 15 page letter cataloguing the extent of the incomplete works, huge piles of waste they left as well as highlighting the repairs needed to other parts
