Generalising in drafting and reviewing business contracts and policies for independent contractors, data protection and information security.Re: Legal Consulting is a legal consultancy providing services to business. We are a cost effective solution for drafting specialist contracts and policies and providing information on legal issues. We can project manage legal work and implementing various different contract, policy or business document systems.
We specialise in contracts for working with independent contractors, known as 'tripartite agreements', which incorporate legislation such as IR35, AWR and the Conduct Regulations. Rebecca is also a specialist in 'employment and tax status' case law.
We also specialise in the contractual and policy requirements for independent contractors including working as a “data processor” under data protection legislation. We can assist you with information security requirements, Rebecca is a qualified IBITGQ ISO 27001 ISMS Lead Implementer of ISO27001 information security management systems.
