Dave charged me £369.60 to turn a tap which took him 5 seconds. I was sobbing as he put the card machine in my hand and told me it was the company he worked for so he's not to blame. I don't know how they sleep exploiting people like this. After a week of fighting and threatening them with court they gave me a partial refund.
